Can you accommodate vegetarians or food allergies?
Vegetarian choices are available on request, and we adapt stops for most allergies and gluten-free diets when you tell us in advance. For a 100% plant-based experience, book our Playa del Carmen Vegan Food Tour.
Can I bring kids?
Yes, families are very welcome. Infants from 0 to 4 years old join for free.
What happens if it rains?
Tours run rain or shine. In case of severe weather we may adjust the route for your safety, and if we cancel because of a hurricane you get a full refund.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your tour. With our Flexible rate you can cancel or reschedule up to 1 hour before.
Is transportation included?
Our tours are walking tours and start at the meeting point listed above. Transportation to and from the meeting point is not included, except on private tours with the transportation option.
