Plans change, especially on vacation. With our Flexible rate you can cancel or reschedule your tour for any reason, up to 1 hour before departure. If you cancel, you get your full ticket price back. With our Limited rate you can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your tour’s scheduled departure. Bookings are non-refundable within 24 hours of departure. If something comes up, we’ll do our best to move you to another date, subject to availability.
