With Trip Protection
Our highly recommended Trip Protection allows you to cancel or reschedule your tour at any time – for any reason – up to 1 hour prior to trip departure. You will be reimbursed for the FULL amount of each ticket, less the cost of trip protection and processing fees. You may opt in or opt out of Trip Protection (+15%) at the time of booking, either online or over the phone.

Are there vegetarian options?
Yes, we have vegetarian options on all of our tours. Please let us know in advance of any dietary requirements.
Are there gluten-free options?
Yes, we offer gluten-free options on the majority of our tours. Please inform us in advance of any dietary requirements so we can accommodate your needs.
Are there vegan options?
We currently do not have vegan options on our tours in general. However, we do offer dedicated vegan tours in Playa del Carmen and Tulum, where you can enjoy a variety of delicious plant-based dishes. For our other tours, we are unable to accommodate vegan diets at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope you will join us on our vegan tours for a wonderful experience!
How long is the tour?
Our tours normally last from 2.5 to 3.5 hours depending on the size and the pace of the group.
How far will we be walking during the tour?
The average total walking distance in our tours is about 1 mile (1.6 kilometers). This includes the stops we will make to eat and drink, which will give you the chance to rest from one spot to another.
What do I need to bring to the tour?
We recommend bringing:

A reusable water bottle or thermos, especially during the summer months

Some extra cash, for optional purchases such as additional drinks, restroom access, or small local expenses
Staying hydrated is essential, particularly in warm weather. Bringing a reusable bottle and some cash will help you stay comfortable throughout the experience.
Do you offer water / drinks during the tour?
Yes. Each guest receives one 500 ml (16 oz) bottle of water at the beginning of the tour.
We also include one stop with fresh juices or traditional flavored waters as part of the experience.
Any additional drinks or liquids beyond what is included can be purchased during the tour if desired.
Are restrooms available during the tour?
In most cases, restrooms are available at the locations we visit.
However, there may be moments during the tour when restrooms are not immediately accessible. In those situations, we may need to stop at a nearby location where restroom access requires a small fee, which is not included and must be paid by the guest.
This is another reason we recommend bringing a small amount of cash.
Do you cancel the tour if it rains?
Our tours are held rain or shine. We only cancel a tour if the government suspends all activities in the area due to, for example, a hurricane or any other threat.
