Does the price of the tour include the food and drinks?
Yes, the price you pay for any of our tours includes the food & beverages we offer you during the experience.
Are there vegetarian options?
Yes, we have vegetarian options on all of our tours. Please let us know in advance of any dietary requirements.
Are there gluten-free options?
We may be able to accommodate gluten-free requests depending on the tour and venue availability. Please inform us in advance of any dietary requirements so we can do our best to meet your needs.
Are there vegan options?
Unfortunately, we currently do not have vegan options available on our Chile tours. We apologize for any inconvenience.
How long is the tour?
Our tours normally last from 2.5 to 3.5 hours depending on the size and the pace of the group.
How far will we be walking during the tour?
The average total walking distance in our tours is about 1 mile (1.6 kilometers). This includes the stops we will make to eat and drink, which will give you the chance to rest from one spot to another.
What do I need to bring to the tour?
We recommend bringing:
– Comfortable clothing and shoes
– Hat or cap
– Sunscreen
Do you offer water during the tour?
During the tour, we offer fresh juices and traditional flavored water. In case you want to have some plain water, please let your guide know so he/she can get it for you, at no cost.
Do you cancel the tour if it rains?
Our tours are held rain or shine. We only cancel a tour if the government suspends all activities in the area due to, for example, a hurricane or any other threat.
